Assessment answers, body information, personal plans, check-in history, birthday and custom reminders are stored on your device to create and display your plan. Custom reminder text is excluded from shared reports.
When you submit a reaction, the article ID, emoji, generated nickname and avatar seed are sent to Apple’s CloudKit public database. With report sharing enabled and five qualifying check-in days, your system-generated tasks and completion records are also published. Other users can read this public content.
Publishing and deleting cloud content requires the original iCloud account. An Apple-provided, container-specific user identifier distinguishes authors. We do not request your Apple Account email, real name or contacts. Reading public content does not upload your assessment.
Official demo companions, sample reports and sample reactions are authored examples and explicitly labeled as virtual demonstrations. They are not real user records and are excluded from real-user reaction counts.
The cloud keeps each author’s latest report and reactions until withdrawn or deleted. Go to Settings → Privacy Policy → Read the full privacy policy → Account and deletion, then choose Delete shared content while online and signed in to the original iCloud account. Turning sharing off stops incoming reports and requests withdrawal; offline withdrawals remain pending for retry. Clearing local data or uninstalling does not automatically delete cloud content.
Export a backup to a location you choose and import it on another device. Backups contain personal information; keep them secure. Import replaces local data and keeps a pre-import copy for recovery. Personal plans do not automatically sync across devices.
With consent, the app can record button interactions and completion-rate ranges locally. This version has no analytics upload endpoint. Disabling analytics clears the local analytics queue. There is no advertising tracking or sale of data.
Apple handles payments. The app receives purchase entitlement and localized pricing, not card information. In-app support may open an email draft; you decide whether to send it and what to include. Avoid unnecessary health or private information. Support emails are used only to respond and resolve issues, and you may request deletion by email.
